Earn Rewards

The Lobo Del Mar Customer Loyalty program is a Points Based system offered to customers of the Lobo Del Mar Restaurant. Points are earned based on the check total of any bill and all food, alcohol and Gift items sold inside the restaurant are eligible for points.

Points are awarded after a bill is paid that has been “Checked in” under a valid loyalty account.

To join the Loyalty Program there are two options, customers may create their own account through the Lobo Del Mar Web App, or they may request a server to sign them up through our Point of Sale system. For either method customers will need to provide, First and Last name, Phone number and Email address.

To gain points the loyalty customer must “Check in” at any point after placing an order. The check in must be performed by the server taking the customer order and must be done after the initial items are placed on the order but before those items are paid for.

Check in may be done by providing the server the phone number associated with the loyalty account or by scanning the QR code found within the Lobo Del Mar Web App.

The Current reward campaign is for each dollar spent to accumulate 1 point.

As points are accumulated, they may be redeemed for rewards at the location. Rewards are subject to change and there may be multiple rewards offered at any given time. Please inquire with your server for current rewards offered.

When redeeming a loyalty reward, it must be redeemed by the owner of those loyalty points. The owner of said loyalty points must be present.

A loyalty reward may not be used at the same time as any other promotional discount on that same bill
